I have 2 who have not completed EOTN.
from those 2, I had one complete Zinn's Task, see Zinn trial and dialoige 4 and got Lion's Arch Keep Access; But I can only get daily WANTED quests and not Inquistor quests.
So my two characters cannot do WIK or new Thackery quests, and are stuck.

Guide me if I need to do something else?|||I completed all three Wanted: quests, no Riverside Assassynation from Princess Salami. Frowns all around.|||After hearing the four dialogues at the Shining Blade Camp you get access to the keep.
Once in the keep you need to take care of Inquisitor Bauer, Lovisa, and Lashona.
After that there will be more dialogues between NPCs/Salma within the keep, after which you get the following story progression quests leading to BLA.
Each character needs to do all these steps; doing just one step on one peep does not transfer for all others.|||You need to view the dialogue outside EotN for the Ebon Vanguard to help in Kryta. Inquisitor quests follow once you have seen that and the dialogue in LA Keep between Langmar and Salma.|||Believe it or not Sir Jack, me and my friend have been doing most of Wik the past few days, and we didn't go to the EOTN once, and we're at the quest before BFLA, we haven't seen evenia recruit the Vanguard, or even seen any gwen dialogues, and Keiran and Langmar were still there in the last quest before BFLA, so i don't think the EOTN dialogues are 100% necessary, unless we just got lucky and it was bugged
But we went: -
Camp dialogues > Zinns trial > Camp recruiting Zinn > LA Keep > Inquisitor quests > Assassination quests , and were now on mustering a response and Keiran and Langmar are still there ready to escort livia and co outside beetletun.
So yeah either we got lucky and a bug made us skip the ebon vanguard and evenia stuff, or the EOTN dialogues / events aren't 100% necessary to advance the WiK.
But according to the flowchart, the Inquisitor quests should become available as soon as you get the keep unlocked, have you tried rezoning and seeing if they become unlocked then? if you still aren't getting them i would send a ticket to support, since I'm pretty sure your supposed to get them from the Wanted board as soon as you unlock the keep.
Just to be safe D E A T H L I F E, try looking over the flow chart Scutilla made and see if you missed anything.

I started the dialogue chain yesterday on my Monk the exact same way as my other chars, so including all dialogues, and didn't have any problems /shrug
I heard the new War In Kryta quest may have introduced a few anomalies/bugs though.
To see the Vanguard dialogue, if Evennia left the camp, it should be right outside the EotN in the Ice Cliff Chasms. That might trigger it.|||Quote:

Weird one, shame i don't have another character WiK enabled to go try it out on
Will have to try and get another character through EOTN and see if i have any problems.
And Deathlife, as Sir Jack said, you will need to go to the EOTN and walk right outside, on the snow right in front should be Gwen, Langmar and Keiran i believe, facing Evenia, this will be the scene where she recruits their aid.
But i believe you have to have seen the 6 or 7 Gwen dialogues in the hall of monuments and done Keiran's scavenger hunt before this scene will appear.
But like i said to sir Jack above, me and my friend didn't do any of that, we got the quests as soon as we got to LA Keep.
Have you tried logging out, restarting the game and then going back in? not sure why it would change anything but you never know.
And you are checking the wanted board aren't you? Salma doesn't give the Inquisitor quests, only the assassination quests and the ones after that, the Inquisitor ones should be on the wanted board along with whatever today's Bounty is.
Also could you possible reply with what these two characters have done? like have both done Prophecys or EOTN? both seen the trial of Zinn and seen Livia recruit them etc etc.
If you can tell us what they have both done so far we may be able to help pin down what you have missed, or if its a bug or not.

1. Relogging does not give me the inquisitor quests, and i am trying to get them from the post and not salma.
2. the toon which is having issues has completed prohecies but not EOTN. Only Zinn's task, then Zin's trial and then Zin recruitment dialouge in Dakatu Village.
3. Outside EOTN there is nothing, no one, in Dakatu village there are no more diaouges given. (i did NOT see dialouge 1, 2 & 3)
I belive that i need to complete EOTN on this charachter (which i hate doing)
